Responsibilities
- Conduct daily inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies in real-time
- Operate warehouse management systems and barcode scanning equipment
- Maintain accurate digital and physical inventory records with 99.9% precision
- Collaborate with procurement teams to optimize stock levels
- Generate weekly inventory reports for executive review
- Implement FIFO rotation protocols and quality control checks
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams during cycle counts
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year inventory control or warehouse experience
- Proficiency in WMS software and MS Excel (VLOOKUP/PivotTables)
- Forklift certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Exceptional attention to detail with zero-error tolerance
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand/walk 8+ hours daily
- High school diploma; associate's degree preferred
- Spanish bilingual skills highly desirable
