Responsibilities
- Perform daily inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies in real-time
- Operate barcode scanners and inventory management software (SAP/Oracle)
- Process incoming/outgoing shipments and update stock records
- Maintain organized warehouse storage and FIFO rotation systems
- Generate inventory reports and analyze trends for operational efficiency
- Collaborate with purchasing team to prevent stockouts/overstock
- Conduct cycle counts and support annual physical inventory audits
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- 2+ years inventory control or warehouse experience
- Proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., Fishbowl, NetSuite)
- Strong mathematical aptitude and data entry accuracy
- Forklift certification (OSHA-certified) a plus
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Spanish bilingual skills highly valued in Miami market
