Responsibilities
- Accurately count, verify, and document inventory using RF scanners and ERP systems
- Manage stock reconciliation, cycle counts, and discrepancy resolution
- Maintain real-time inventory data in WMS platforms with zero tolerance for errors
- Coordinate with receiving/shipping teams to ensure seamless stock flow
- Generate inventory reports and analytics for management review
- Implement FIFO protocols and optimize storage space utilization
- Collaborate with procurement on stock replenishment strategies
Qualifications
- 2+ years of inventory management or warehouse experience
- Proficiency with inventory software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Fishbowl)
- RF scanner certification or equivalent hands-on experience
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Valid Tennessee driver's license (for occasional site visits)
- Associate's degree in logistics or supply chain preferred
