Responsibilities
- Conduct daily cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies using ERP systems
- Manage stock rotation, FIFO protocols, and warehouse organization standards
- Process inbound/outbound shipments and update inventory databases in real-time
- Generate inventory reports and analyze trends to optimize storage efficiency
- Collaborate with purchasing and sales teams to forecast demand and prevent stockouts
- Maintain compliance with safety protocols and OSHA regulations
- Train staff on inventory management best practices and system usage
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years experience in inventory control or warehouse operations
- Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) and barcode scanners
- Strong analytical skills with attention to numerical accuracy
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
- Forklift certification preferred
- Associate's degree in logistics or supply chain management preferred
- Excellent communication skills and bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
