Responsibilities
- Perform daily cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies using RF scanners
- Maintain real-time inventory accuracy in WMS (e.g., Oracle NetSuite, SAP)
- Process inbound/outbound shipments and coordinate with 3PL partners
- Generate inventory reports for management and audit compliance
- Implement FIFO protocols and optimize warehouse slotting
- Collaborate with procurement teams to prevent stockouts
- Audit physical inventory against digital records monthly
Qualifications
- 2+ years inventory control experience in high-volume environments
- Proficiency with WMS/ERP systems and RF technology
- Strong mathematical aptitude and data analysis skills
- Forklift certification preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities
- College degree in supply chain or related field preferred
- Experience with barcode systems and inventory software
