Responsibilities
- Conduct daily cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies using WMS systems
- Maintain real-time inventory accuracy through systematic stock audits
- Process inbound/outbound shipments and update inventory records
- Generate inventory reports and analyze stock turnover metrics
- Coordinate with warehouse team to resolve stock discrepancies
- Implement FIFO rotation protocols for perishable goods
- Collaborate with procurement on stock replenishment strategies
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year inventory management or warehouse experience
- Proficiency in WMS software (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)
- Advanced Excel skills with VLOOKUP and pivot tables
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Basic understanding of supply chain principles
