Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and order fulfillment
- Manage and mentor a team of 15+ warehouse associates
- Implement OSHA safety protocols and maintain compliance standards
- Optimize inventory control systems and reduce operational costs
- Coordinate with transportation teams for seamless logistics flow
- Generate performance reports and implement continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- 5+ years warehouse management experience with team leadership
- Forklift certification and OSHA 30-hour training preferred
- Proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
