Responsibilities
- Conduct daily cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies using WMS systems
- Manage inbound/outbound shipments, verify documentation, and update tracking logs
- Maintain real-time inventory databases with 99.9% accuracy
- Collaborate with procurement teams on stock replenishment strategies
- Generate monthly inventory reports for leadership review
- Implement FIFO protocols and optimize warehouse space utilization
- Train staff on inventory procedures and compliance standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years inventory management experience in regulated environments
- Proficiency in WMS platforms (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Forklift certification and OSHA 10 training preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in climate-controlled warehouse
- US citizenship required for federal contract compliance
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
