Responsibilities
- Conduct daily inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies using RF scanners
- Maintain accurate digital records in SAP WMS and ERP systems
- Coordinate cycle counts and annual physical inventories
- Investigate and resolve stock variances through root cause analysis
- Optimize warehouse slotting and inventory flow
- Collaborate with procurement on stock replenishment strategies
- Generate inventory reports for leadership review
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- 2+ years inventory control or warehouse experience
- Proficiency with barcode scanners and inventory software
- Strong Excel skills with VLOOKUP and pivot tables
- Forklift certification (OSHA certified preferred)
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand/walk 8+ hours daily
