Responsibilities
- Conduct daily cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies
- Maintain accurate digital records in WMS and ERP systems
- Process inbound/outbound shipments and track movement
- Perform quality checks on received goods and damaged item reporting
- Generate inventory reports for management review
- Collaborate with warehouse team to optimize storage efficiency
- Implement FIFO rotation protocols for perishable goods
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years inventory or warehouse experience preferred
- Proficient with barcode scanners and inventory software
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to lift 30 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Forklift certification a plus
- Basic Excel skills for report generation
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
