Responsibilities
- Conduct daily cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies using WMS software
- Process inbound/outbound shipments and maintain accurate stock records
- Collaborate with warehouse team to optimize storage space utilization
- Generate weekly inventory reports for management review
- Implement FIFO protocols and manage product rotation systems
- Coordinate with procurement team on stock replenishment needs
- Maintain compliance with OSHA safety standards in warehouse operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- 1+ years of inventory management or warehouse experience
- Proficiency in WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to operate RF scanning devices and barcode systems
- Valid Tennessee driver's license and clean driving record
- Basic knowledge of supply chain logistics principles
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
