Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate real-time inventory tracking using WMS software and barcode scanning systems
- Conduct daily cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies with ERP data
- Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments and verify documentation
- Generate inventory reports and analyze stock trends for optimization
- Collaborate with warehouse teams to resolve inventory issues
- Implement FIFO/FEFO protocols and maintain organized storage zones
- Support audits and compliance with safety regulations
Qualifications
- 2+ years of inventory management or warehouse experience
- Proficiency with WMS/ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Forklift certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Basic knowledge of supply chain logistics principles
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
