Responsibilities
- Perform daily inventory counts and cycle counts using RF scanners
- Maintain real-time inventory accuracy in WMS systems
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies within 24 hours
- Coordinate with shipping/receiving teams to update stock levels
- Generate weekly inventory reports for management review
- Implement FIFO protocols and maintain organized storage zones
- Train staff on inventory procedures and compliance standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years inventory management experience
- Proficiency with WMS software (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Forklift certification preferred
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for 8-hour shifts
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- OSHA 10-hour certification a plus
