Responsibilities
- Conduct daily cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies using WMS software
- Process inbound/outbound shipments and verify documentation accuracy
- Maintain real-time inventory data in SAP and proprietary systems
- Generate weekly/monthly inventory reports for management review
- Collaborate with warehouse team to implement FIFO protocols
- Investigate and resolve stock variances through root cause analysis
- Audit warehouse storage conditions and compliance with safety standards
Qualifications
- 2+ years of inventory management or warehouse experience
- Proficiency with inventory software (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- High school diploma; associate degree preferred
- Basic knowledge of supply chain logistics principles
- Valid Illinois driver's license (for occasional warehouse travel)
