Responsibilities
- Conduct daily inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies using barcode scanners
- Maintain accurate digital records in WMS and ERP systems
- Coordinate with warehouse team for efficient stock rotation and FIFO protocols
- Process inbound/outbound shipments and update inventory status in real-time
- Generate weekly inventory reports for management review
- Collaborate with procurement team to optimize stock levels
- Implement safety protocols for inventory handling and storage
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- 1+ years inventory control or warehouse experience
- Proficiency with barcode scanners and inventory software
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to lift 30 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Basic knowledge of OSHA warehouse safety standards
- Valid California driver's license
