Responsibilities
- Manage 15-20 person team including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
- Oversee inventory control systems, cycle counts, and order fulfillment accuracy
- Enforce OSHA safety protocols and maintain 5S workplace standards
- Optimize warehouse layout, workflows, and material handling processes
- Coordinate with transportation team for seamless dock operations
- Implement lean principles to reduce waste and improve productivity
- Generate daily/weekly performance reports for leadership review
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience in fast-paced environments
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and inventory software
- Strong problem-solving skills with data-driven decision making
- Forklift certification and material handling equipment expertise
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends as needed
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
