Responsibilities
- Conduct daily cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies using advanced WMS systems
- Process inbound/outbound shipments and verify product specifications against purchase orders
- Maintain real-time inventory records with zero tolerance for data errors
- Coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams to optimize stock levels
- Generate monthly inventory reports and variance analyses for leadership review
- Implement FIFO protocols and ensure compliance with OSHA safety standards
- Train staff on inventory procedures and system best practices
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of inventory control experience in logistics or warehousing
- Proficiency in WMS platforms (SAP, Oracle, or similar) and MS Office Suite
- Certified Inventory Management (CIM) or APICS CPIM preferred
- Exceptional data entry accuracy with proven attention to detail
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods in warehouse environment
- Strong analytical skills with experience in variance resolution
- Forklift certification a significant advantage
