Responsibilities
- Conduct daily inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies using barcode scanners and ERP systems
- Update inventory databases in real-time to maintain 99.9% accuracy
- Coordinate with warehouse teams to optimize stock placement and rotation
- Generate weekly inventory reports for management review and strategic planning
- Implement FIFO/FEFO protocols to minimize spoilage and obsolescence
- Collaborate with procurement to forecast demand and prevent stockouts
- Audit inventory processes to identify improvement opportunities
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on inventory management experience
- Proficiency with WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) and barcode technology
- Advanced data entry skills with 10-key certification preferred
- Strong analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Valid Texas driver's license (may require occasional off-site audits)
- Associate degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
