Responsibilities
- Perform daily cycle counts and physical inventory audits across multiple warehouse locations
- Utilize WMS software (SAP, Oracle, or similar) to track and reconcile inventory discrepancies
- Process inbound/outbound shipments and maintain accurate documentation
- Generate inventory reports and analytics for management decision-making
- Collaborate with procurement and warehouse teams to optimize stock levels
- Implement FIFO/FEFO inventory rotation procedures
- Train staff on inventory protocols and system usage
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- 1+ years inventory control or warehouse experience
- Proficiency with inventory management software (SAP, Oracle, Fishbowl)
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Forklift certification a plus
- Ability to lift 50 lbs occasionally
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Basic knowledge of supply chain principles
