Responsibilities
- Manage 15+ team members including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
- Oversee inbound/outbound logistics, inventory control, and order fulfillment
- Implement lean methodologies to improve productivity and reduce waste
- Ensure OSHA compliance and maintain a safe, organized work environment
- Coordinate with transportation teams for seamless dock operations
- Generate daily reports on KPIs including accuracy, throughput, and labor costs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational challenges
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in logistics or supply chain
- Proven ability to manage teams and improve operational metrics
- Familiarity with WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and inventory management software
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends as needed
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field preferred
