Responsibilities
- Conduct daily inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies
- Maintain accurate digital and physical records of stock levels
- Operate inventory management software and barcode systems
- Coordinate with warehouse teams for stock replenishment
- Generate inventory reports for management review
- Implement FIFO rotation protocols and quality control checks
- Collaborate with procurement on stock optimization
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 2+ years inventory management experience
- Proficiency in WMS and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle)
- Forklift certification preferred
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
- Valid Texas driver's license
