Responsibilities
- Conduct daily cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies using RF scanners
- Maintain accurate digital records in SAP and WMS systems
- Coordinate with logistics team for inbound/outbound shipment verification
- Generate monthly inventory reports for management review
- Implement FIFO protocols and warehouse organization standards
- Collaborate with purchasing to optimize stock levels
- Train new staff on inventory procedures
- Support physical inventory audits quarterly
Qualifications
- 2+ years inventory control or warehouse experience
- Proficiency in WMS/SAP systems and RF scanning technology
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Forklift certification preferred
- Associates degree in logistics or related field
- Experience with OSHA safety standards
