Responsibilities
- Conduct daily cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies using WMS systems
- Manage receiving, stocking, and shipping processes with 99.8% accuracy
- Maintain real-time inventory data in Oracle ERP system
- Coordinate with purchasing department to optimize stock levels
- Generate weekly inventory reports for management review
- Implement FIFO protocols and quality control measures
- Train staff on inventory management best practices
Qualifications
- 2+ years of inventory management experience in warehouse/distribution setting
- Proficiency with WMS (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and barcode scanning systems
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Forklift certification preferred (OSHA 10-hour training)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Experience with inventory audits and compliance standards
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
