Responsibilities
- Conduct daily cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies using WMS systems
- Process inbound/outbound shipments and maintain accurate stock records
- Utilize barcode scanners and RF technology for real-time inventory tracking
- Generate monthly inventory reports and variance analysis for management
- Collaborate with purchasing and sales teams to optimize stock levels
- Implement FIFO rotation and maintain organized warehouse layout
- Train staff on inventory protocols and safety procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years inventory management experience in warehouse/distribution setting
- Proficiency with WMS software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite)
- Forklift certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Experience with barcode scanning technology and RF devices
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
