Responsibilities
- Conduct daily cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies using WMS systems
- Process inbound/outbound shipments and maintain real-time stock accuracy
- Generate inventory reports and analyze trends for operational improvements
- Collaborate with procurement to optimize reorder points and prevent stockouts
- Maintain organized warehouse zones and implement FIFO/FEFO protocols
- Audit inventory records and resolve discrepancies with vendors/teams
- Train staff on inventory procedures and best practices
Qualifications
- 2+ years inventory management experience with WMS (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Proficiency in barcode scanning and data entry (80+ WPM accuracy)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail (0.1% error tolerance)
- Ability to lift 25 lbs and operate warehouse equipment safely
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
- Forklift certification a plus
- Experience with Austin-based logistics operations preferred
