Responsibilities
- Conduct daily inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies using RF scanners
- Maintain accurate digital records in ERP/WMS systems (SAP experience preferred)
- Coordinate with warehouse teams to ensure FIFO compliance and stock rotation
- Generate monthly inventory reports for management review
- Implement cycle count programs to improve inventory accuracy
- Collaborate with procurement on stock replenishment and reorder points
- Support annual physical inventory audits with minimal disruption to operations
Qualifications
- 2+ years of inventory control or warehouse experience
- Proficiency with barcode scanners and inventory management software
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to lift 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
- Forklift certification a plus
- Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems
- Valid Colorado driver's license
