Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate real-time inventory counts using WMS software and manual verification methods
- Process inbound/outbound shipments and reconcile discrepancies within 24 hours
- Generate cycle count reports and conduct physical audits quarterly
- Collaborate with purchasing and sales teams to optimize stock levels
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely in compliance with OSHA standards
- Train new staff on inventory protocols and system navigation
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives for inventory accuracy
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years inventory control experience in warehouse/3PL environment
- Proficient in WMS platforms (e.g., Oracle, SAP, or NetSuite)
- Forklift certification and OSHA 10-hour training preferred
- Advanced Excel skills with pivot table and VLOOKUP capabilities
- Exceptional attention to detail with error rate <0.5%
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand for 8-hour shifts
- Strong problem-solving skills for discrepancy resolution
- Valid Oregon driver's license with clean record
