Responsibilities
- Maintain real-time inventory records using WMS software and barcode scanning systems
- Conduct daily cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies within 24 hours
- Coordinate with procurement and shipping teams to optimize stock levels
- Process inbound/outbound shipments and update inventory databases
- Implement FIFO (First-In-First-Out) protocols and quality control checks
- Generate weekly inventory reports for management review
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during audits and system upgrades
Qualifications
- 2+ years of inventory control or warehouse experience
- Proficiency with WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and barcode scanners
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail (±99.5% accuracy)
- Ability to lift 30 lbs and stand for extended periods
- OSHA 10 certification preferred
- Basic Excel skills for report generation
- Valid California driver's license (for occasional warehouse shuttles)
