Responsibilities
- Conduct daily inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies using barcode scanning systems
- Maintain accurate digital records of all warehouse stock in WMS software
- Coordinate with purchasing and shipping teams to optimize inventory turnover
- Perform cycle counts and assist in annual physical inventory audits
- Investigate and resolve stock variances through root cause analysis
- Generate inventory reports for management review
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- 1+ years of inventory control or warehouse experience
- Proficiency with barcode scanners and WMS software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to numerical detail
- Ability to lift 30 lbs and work in a warehouse environment
- Forklift certification a plus
