Responsibilities
- Conduct daily cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies using barcode scanners
- Update and maintain accurate stock records in WMS and ERP systems
- Coordinate with procurement teams for timely replenishment of critical items
- Perform physical inventory audits and generate variance reports
- Optimize warehouse layout for efficient inventory flow and accessibility
- Train staff on inventory protocols and best practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve stock-related issues
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years inventory management or warehouse experience
- Proficiency with barcode scanners and inventory software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Forklift certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
- Associate degree in logistics or supply chain management preferred
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
