Responsibilities
- Conduct daily cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies using WMS software
- Process incoming shipments, verify documentation, and update inventory databases
- Maintain organized storage systems and optimize warehouse space utilization
- Generate inventory reports for management review and strategic planning
- Collaborate with purchasing and shipping teams to ensure stock accuracy
- Implement FIFO inventory rotation methods and quality control checks
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years inventory control or warehouse experience
- Proficiency in inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Strong mathematical aptitude and data verification skills
- Ability to lift 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
- Forklift certification a plus
