Responsibilities
- Conduct daily inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies using WMS systems
- Update inventory databases with real-time stock levels and transaction records
- Coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams to optimize stock allocation
- Generate inventory reports for management and financial teams
- Implement FIFO rotation protocols and maintain organized storage zones
- Collaborate with auditors during quarterly inventory verifications
- Train staff on inventory best practices and system usage
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years inventory management or warehouse experience
- Proficiency in WMS software (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and MS Excel
- Strong attention to detail with numerical accuracy skills
- Forklift certification preferred but not required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
