- Maintain real-time inventory records using WMS software
- Conduct regular cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies
- Coordinate with procurement team to optimize stock levels
- Process incoming shipments and outbound orders
- Generate inventory reports for management review
- Implement FIFO inventory rotation procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve stock issues
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years of inventory management experience
- Proficiency with WMS and inventory software
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Forklift certification preferred
- Basic knowledge of Excel and data analysis
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
