Responsibilities
- Conduct daily cycle counts and physical inventory audits
- Update inventory systems with real-time stock data
- Coordinate with warehouse team for receiving/distribution
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies
- Maintain accurate documentation of all transactions
- Assist in implementing inventory control procedures
- Collaborate with purchasing team for stock replenishment
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year inventory management experience
- Proficiency with inventory software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Forklift certification preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Basic knowledge of supply chain principles
- High school diploma or equivalent required
