Responsibilities
- Perform daily inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies using WMS systems
- Operate barcode scanners and RF guns for real-time stock tracking
- Maintain accurate digital and physical records of all inventory items
- Coordinate with warehouse staff to optimize storage space utilization
- Generate weekly/monthly inventory reports for management review
- Implement cycle counting procedures to ensure stock accuracy
- Collaborate with purchasing team on reorder points and stock replenishment
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- 1+ years of inventory control or warehouse experience
- Proficiency with WMS software (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Basic knowledge of FIFO and LIFO inventory methods
