Responsibilities
- Perform daily cycle counts and reconciliations using WMS software
- Process inbound/outbound inventory transactions with 99.9% accuracy
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies through systematic audits
- Maintain real-time inventory tracking in Oracle NetSuite system
- Collaborate with warehouse team to optimize storage efficiency
- Generate monthly inventory reports for management review
- Implement FIFO rotation protocols for perishable goods
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years inventory management experience in distribution center
- Proficient with WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or Manhattan Active)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to numerical precision
- Forklift certification preferred (OSHA certified)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Experience with barcode scanning technology (Zebra, Honeywell)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
