Responsibilities
- Conduct daily cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies using WMS software
- Manage stock rotation, FIFO compliance, and warehouse organization
- Process inbound/outbound shipments and update inventory databases in real-time
- Generate monthly inventory reports and analyze trends for operational improvements
- Collaborate with procurement and sales teams to forecast inventory needs
- Maintain accurate records of damaged/returned goods and initiate corrective actions
- Train staff on inventory protocols and safety procedures
Qualifications
- 2+ years of inventory management or warehouse experience
- Proficiency in WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong data entry skills with 10-key typing certification preferred
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
- Associate degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
- Experience with barcode scanning technology
