Responsibilities
- Perform regular cycle counts and physical inventories to ensure 100% stock accuracy.
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against packing slips and purchase orders.
- Enter and update inventory data into the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and spreadsheets.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of stock locations, movements, and discrepancies.
- Assist in the organization of storage areas to ensure efficient picking and packing processes.
- Collaborate with the shipping department to ensure timely outbound fulfillment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in inventory control, warehousing, or logistics preferred.
- Proficiency with barcode scanners, handheld computers, and basic computer software (Excel).
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to spot discrepancies immediately.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a high-volume environment.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
