Responsibilities
- Conduct daily inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies using WMS software
- Manage stock levels, track shipments, and update inventory databases in real-time
- Coordinate with procurement team to optimize reorder points and minimize stockouts
- Prepare detailed inventory reports for management and audit purposes
- Maintain accurate physical and digital records of all warehouse assets
- Implement FIFO protocols and ensure proper storage conditions
- Collaborate with logistics team to resolve inventory discrepancies
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of inventory management or warehouse experience
- Proficiency with inventory management systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
- Forklift certification preferred
- Associate degree in logistics or supply chain management preferred
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
