Responsibilities
- Perform daily cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies using WMS systems
- Operate barcode scanners and RFID technology for accurate stock tracking
- Maintain digital and physical records of all inventory movements
- Collaborate with warehouse team to optimize storage layouts and minimize waste
- Generate weekly inventory reports for management review
- Support audits by providing accurate documentation and data
- Train junior staff on inventory protocols and safety standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- 1+ years experience in inventory management or warehouse operations
- Proficiency with WMS software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MS Excel
- Forklift certification a plus
- Strong attention to detail and mathematical aptitude
- Ability to lift 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Basic knowledge of OSHA safety regulations
- Valid Texas driver's license
