Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate real-time inventory records using WMS systems
- Conduct daily cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies
- Process inbound/outbound shipments and update stock levels
- Generate inventory reports for management analysis
- Collaborate with logistics team to optimize storage efficiency
- Implement FIFO protocols and maintain safety standards
- Train staff on inventory procedures and compliance
Qualifications
- 2+ years inventory management experience
- Proficiency in WMS software (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong data entry skills with 98%+ accuracy
- Forklift certification preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Detail-oriented with exceptional problem-solving skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Supply chain certification a plus
