Responsibilities
- Perform daily cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies using barcode scanners
- Update and maintain real-time inventory data in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Coordinate with warehouse team for efficient receiving, putaway, and shipping processes
- Generate monthly inventory reports and variance analyses for management review
- Implement FIFO rotation protocols to minimize stock obsolescence
- Collaborate with procurement to optimize reorder points and safety stock levels
- Audit inventory documentation and maintain compliance with ISO standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
- 2+ years experience in inventory management or warehouse operations
- Proficiency with inventory software (e.g., Fishbowl, TradeGecko)
- Advanced Excel skills including VLOOKUP and pivot tables
- Forklift certification and OSHA 10 training a plus
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Valid Texas driver's license
