Responsibilities
- Conduct daily cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) to track stock levels
- Process incoming shipments and verify received items against purchase orders
- Coordinate with purchasing team to maintain optimal stock levels
- Generate inventory reports and audit documentation
- Collaborate with shipping/receiving teams to ensure accurate order fulfillment
- Maintain organized storage areas and implement FIFO rotation protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- 1+ years inventory control or warehouse experience
- Proficiency with WMS software (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and MS Office
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Forklift certification a plus
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
