Responsibilities
- Conduct daily cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies using ERP systems
- Process inbound/outbound shipments with barcode scanning and documentation
- Maintain real-time inventory data in WMS platforms with 99.9% accuracy
- Coordinate with purchasing and warehouse teams to optimize stock levels
- Generate monthly inventory reports for management review
- Implement FIFO protocols and quality control standards
- Train staff on inventory procedures and compliance protocols
Qualifications
- 2+ years inventory management experience in warehouse/distribution setting
- Proficiency in WMS (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MS Office Suite
- Forklift certification preferred; OSHA safety training required
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Basic knowledge of supply chain principles
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
