Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate real-time inventory counts using barcode scanners and ERP systems
- Conduct regular cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies with purchase orders
- Manage inventory storage locations and optimize warehouse space utilization
- Prepare detailed inventory reports for management and auditing purposes
- Coordinate with procurement and shipping teams for stock replenishment
- Implement FIFO inventory rotation procedures to prevent obsolescence
- Utilize Microsoft Excel for data analysis and inventory forecasting
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of inventory management or warehouse experience
- Proficiency in inventory software (SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems)
- Strong mathematical accuracy and attention to detail skills
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
