Responsibilities
- Perform daily cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies using WMS software
- Manage stock rotation and FIFO compliance to ensure product freshness
- Generate inventory reports for management and external stakeholders
- Coordinate with receiving/shipping teams for seamless inventory flow
- Maintain digital and physical inventory documentation with zero tolerance for errors
- Collaborate with procurement on stock replenishment strategies
Qualifications
- 2+ years inventory management or warehouse experience
- Proficiency with inventory software (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to lift 25 lbs and work in warehouse conditions
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certification a plus
- Valid Texas driver's license preferred
