Responsibilities
- Perform daily cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies using WMS systems
- Process receiving, putaway, and shipping documentation with 99% accuracy
- Maintain real-time inventory records in ERP software (SAP/Oracle experience preferred)
- Coordinate with procurement team to optimize stock levels and prevent overstock
- Conduct quarterly physical audits and generate variance reports
- Train staff on inventory control protocols and safety procedures
- Implement FIFO (First-In-First-Out) methodologies for perishable goods
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve stock issues
Qualifications
- 2+ years inventory control or warehouse experience
- Proficiency in inventory management software (e.g., Fishbowl, NetSuite)
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Forklift certification (OSHA certified preferred)
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree preferred
- Experience with barcode scanning and RFID technology
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
