Responsibilities
- Perform daily cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies using WMS software
- Track and update stock levels in real-time through SAP and Oracle systems
- Process inbound/outbound shipments with 99.8% accuracy
- Generate weekly inventory reports for management review
- Maintain FIFO protocols and optimize warehouse space utilization
- Collaborate with procurement team on stock replenishment strategies
- Audit physical inventory against digital records quarterly
Qualifications
- 2+ years inventory control experience in high-volume environments
- Proficient in WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or Manhattan Active)
- Strong mathematical aptitude with attention to detail
- Forklift certification preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for 8-hour shifts
- Basic Excel/Google Sheets skills for data analysis
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
- Background check and drug screen required
