We're seeking a meticulous Inventory Clerk to maintain accurate stock records and optimize warehouse operations. As a key player in our 100,000 sq ft fulfillment center, you'll ensure seamless inventory flow and support our mission of delivering excellence to regional and national clients.
Responsibilities
- Conduct daily cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies using RF scanners
- Manage warehouse stock levels with real-time updates in WMS software
- Process inbound/outbound shipments and maintain accurate documentation
- Collaborate with procurement team on stock replenishment strategies
- Generate monthly inventory reports for leadership review
- Implement FIFO protocols and maintain organized storage zones
- Train staff on inventory control best practices
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- 1-3 years inventory management or warehouse experience
- Proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Strong mathematical accuracy and attention to detail
- OSHA 10 certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Valid KY driver's license for occasional facility transfers
- Forklift certification a plus
