Responsibilities
- Conduct daily cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies using ERP systems
- Manage stock rotation and FIFO (First-In-First-Out) procedures to prevent spoilage
- Maintain real-time inventory databases with 99.5% accuracy
- Coordinate with purchasing and warehouse teams for stock replenishment
- Generate inventory reports for management and compliance audits
- Operate warehouse equipment (RF scanners, forklifts) safely and efficiently
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives for inventory optimization
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 2+ years inventory management or warehouse experience
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and MS Excel
- Forklift certification and OSHA safety training
- Exceptional attention to detail and data entry skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying temperatures
- Strong problem-solving and time management abilities
